Westgate Blue Tree Resort, Lake Buena Vista

Our stay at the resort was quite challenging. While the pool area was well-kept and enjoyable, we encountered serious issues with security, and the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. The rooms were adequate, but not impressive, and some aspects of our service experience left much to be desired. Overall, we felt that there are better options elsewhere.

We had an incredible experience at this resort, where the staff was exceptionally friendly and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The pools were lovely, which added to our enjoyment. However, our stay was slightly marred by some noisy children nearby and the fact that there were limited dining options on site.

I had an excellent time at this resort! It truly felt like a home away from home with friendly and attentive staff. The various amenities, including the pools and miniature golf, added to our enjoyment. However, I did face an issue with the room temperature controls which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, the location was convenient for visiting Disney and nearby restaurants, making it a great value for money.

We had a wonderful 18-night stay at this resort, with a very clean and spacious two-bedroom condo that made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the multiple pool options, but there were times when it got a bit noisy, especially near the kids' pool. While the lack of a washer/dryer in our unit was inconvenient, the availability of laundrettes on-site mitigated the issue. Overall, it was a fantastic value for money.

I had a mixed experience at the resort. It was well-maintained and clean, with an accessible layout and friendly staff who were always around to help. However, the proximity to the parks came with noise disturbances during the night and morning, which was hard to ignore. The amenities were limited, but the price was fair for what was offered.
